Some call it ‘bio-hacking’…I’m not a fan of this term. I’m not convinced we can hack our intelligent body system, it’s too wise. However, I do believe that we can support ourselves, and nourish ourselves with simple and easy to reach for techniques.
Enjoy this today, and reach back into the recording all week if you like. Notice what works for you, and repeat that more. If a technique is just ‘meh’, notice that too and let it go. There’s plenty to choose from.
Have a yoga block or a couple of cushions for bridge pose, and a blanket for burrito relaxation.
